BIGGEST BULLIES IN LEADERSHIP

Good salary and bonus program

Cons

At the time, they had a COO who was the biggest bully in the industry. I understand she was demoted. Thank goodness. However, her behavior was tolerated for DECADES, making Peoplelink a breeding ground for tyranny. I'm sure her legacy lingers.

Very disorganized. Opportunities for growth are minimum. Kept changing pay structure and lowering commission payments
