You work 12-14 hours day most days because Management won't keep the team fully staffed. The equipment, mainly the delivery equipment is very poorly maintained, which makes the job even harder. And the guys in "Fleet" don't care, they say "that's not my job'. This is more of a stocking position that drives, not a driving position. At gas stations and dollar stores, YOU are required to put all the product away. This is not a "drop and go" delivery position! You will spend hours in customer locations stocking every day.
