      Pros

      I work with a wonderful team that is there to help each other out and make sure that the company and its people succeed. The team genuinely cares for the well-being of everyone in the company, and I am proud to work here. There is ample opportunity to advance in the company through hard work and dedication.

      Cons

      It has been said that Pepsi MidAmerica is not the ideal place to work, but I would have to disagree. I, personally, cannot find any cons to working here.

      Meeting new people was a plus

      Cons

      Drivers hardly work loads. Mileage pay is awful. It's hard to hit commission structure. Sales reps are treated like garbage. Drivers are treated like gods. Hard to promote unless you are kissing butt.
