Pros
Being a new grad, I was searching for a job everyday for multiple hours a day and came up empty because I did not have any experience. Pepsi MidAmerica did not require experience, although it was preferred. I was hired shortly after graduation. The salary is competitive and there is great on-the-job training. I would recommend Pepsi MidAmerica to any new graduate.
Cons
You have to be willing to work and learn the company. It's not a company where you can come in and just start a job.
