Pros

Pay was better than an average 9-5 job. Setting your own hours & working without direct supervision is a plus.

Cons

Advice from middle management was to be more of a "dick" to customers. Unable to get customers their orders until days later. Poor equipment, my truck caught on fire while I was driving down the road. Nothing matters other than money, no one cares about anyone on an individual level. Working 12 hrs a day with no overtime simply was not going to cut it.
