      Pros

      The relationships you have with co-workers going through the same mess you are.

      Cons

      Horrible benefits and pay, very little paid time off, no sick days, vacations have to be taken in 5 day blocks, turnover is really bad so they're always understaffed, parking lot is a 5 minute walk away, upper management doesn't care about employees, there's a lot.

      Generally it's not hard to sell. Some people are trying just as hard as you and that can make a team environment locally.

      Cons

      Poor management from top levels. Stuck in the 1980's in terms of what is expected.
