Some decent people in the company.

Cons

Ownership is made up of Scrooge McDuck and his son. The son is still treated like he is misguided, uses poor judgment, easily distracted, not interested in working kid (even though he's in his 40s). Of course its all true and behavior warrants the treatment. God help the employees in management that have to deal with the two. High turnover even though they think they have low turnover. Exhibit very little loyalty to long term employees. I have seen 20 plus year senior managers thrown out the door for perceived mistakes rather than taking another approach to a problem. Beware and run far away.

Great place to gain experience.

Cons

company doesn't care about employees every position is a revolving door to them. Crazy hours required for salary and commission 60+. Company is in shambles and look to cut cost at every corner.

They say they are a family oriented company, but then expect you to work 12-16 hours 5-7 days a week.

The customers is about the only thing and even they don't like the company.

Cons

Everything........Pay, hours, treatment of anyone that works for the company that is not part of upper management, upper management will smile in your face and the second you walk out the door is making up stories about you. Its like being back in high school all over again. Mr. Crisp feels that as long as Marion HS is pumping out graduates that he will have a revolving door of new employees to pay minimum wage.
