Pros

Pros are hard on the shoulder, sure you get benefits but most of them you won't be receiving until after your first year. Most people will not get them at all since a majority of people who joined are likely to quit soon after. At least you get a 30 minute lunch break

Cons

Where to begin, the hours are long hard and unforgiving especially if you have arthritis like me at the end of my shifts I can barely walk. The pay is low for the work you are tasked if you don't hurry up you get overtime or told to hurry, your co workers while some are good people others are quite rude, personally have had people try to blame me for knocking over a pallet leaving me to pick it up and making me fall behind. Ive had 2 items stolen from my car while in work. Ive had my leg crushed between 2 pallets by one of the many reckless forklift drivers, theres pretty much no osha standards whatsoever. If you get hurt in my experience people laugh about it even if its not funny. There's no time for breaks if you do you get behind. The managers are pretty much useless
