      Great Benefits plus maternity and paternity leave. Great Work / Life balance if you are on the Retail / Sector team. Not so much Frontline Sales

      Cons

      The promotions seemed to be based on who you know rather than what you know. Making it easy to get stuck & complacent in your career if you don’t force networking.
