Pros

The pay was good. If trained properly, not a hard job.

Cons

Communication issues. Lack of full training, work, life balance is bad. Staff outside of office jobs are under appreciated all around. Very consistent in inconsistency. Pepsi makes simple things extremely stressful and difficult.

Management and top leadership doesn't really care about what your doing. Just produce and output matters.
