Pros
Excellent opportunities for advancement with competitive pay in a supportive and flexible environment. As it is anywhere, your manager can make all the difference in your role, but I have worked for several supportive and motivating people at Pepsi.
Cons
Advancement often includes relocation, which could be a positive or negative, and nearly always includes people management, which is not my preference.
