PepsiCo reviews

The culture at PepsiCo is very adversarial and hostile. The simplest way I can put it is that people at all levels work hard to make themselves look better to the people they report to by making their subordinates look incompetent. I have witnessed this on all levels of the managerial hierarchy. It's a shame too because this location holds some great potential if the people working there would collaborate. I only have a few years there under my belt, but I am told this is the way it has always been.
