Pros
A really great mix of people, a good office with an enjoyable and fun atmosphere, challenging work and a sense of fun, plenty of events organised for staff- lunches, talks, activities. Also a good range of employee deals like Cycle to Work, Childcare vouchers, Mobile phone discounts etc. Good PDR system in place.
Cons
Because of the broad mix of people, sometimes people disagree or don't see eye to eye, and there can be a lot of variation in lifestyle choices, attitudes etc. A broad spectrum of Baby Boomers, Gen X,Y and Z so it makes for a very interesting, yet sometimes difficult environment.
