      Pros

      Good products, decent pay to start(but unless you move up you will pretty much stay at that pay,even with great results). good management and support, overall a good company.

      Cons

      Time constrained position, required to work many hours, a lot of consumers complaining about price, and service expectations, Stiff competition with Coke. Not much in the way of pay raises. If you want to move up in the company, be prepared to move.
