Too many hours. It is very hard to be a working mother with Frito Lay. Since my husband works many hours as well, it is difficult to do many of the things the job requires such as running routes last minute, and completing early morning work withs. The stress is also very harsh if you are not making your numbers

Work/life balance is extremely poor. People usually working 24/7, emails on the weekend, etc. 50+ hour work weeks - continue to downsize and do more with less. Continue to pile up additional responsibilities on people at all levels in the organization Career development - Getting better but still a long way to go. Performance review process now focuses 50/50 on business and people results. I am impressed by the focus the organization puts on people results but require so much additional work that compromises work/life balance Extremely fast paced/employee morale Recognition Employee onboarding is weak
