Fair to employees, until.... they lay people off Pay is good, until... folks don't have a job I know many getting laid off, at a wide range of roles, from entry level to VP.
Cons
Leaders speak one thing, and actions are opposite Company is declining. Volume of product sales decreasing massively with reduction of snacking. Result? Their top-line (sales) is decreasing, so the only way they increase profit is by reducing costs (read: layoffs). It doesn't mattter if you have an IT or business role -- you better watch out. Their India PepsiCo office is massive and growing. They are combining Beverages and Foods now, which will be another massive drive for layoffs. The head lady over IT and data (she calls herself Dr) is an idiot. But people bow to her which she likes.
