      Pros

      -Good work life balance -Strong mission, people really care about the work and the mission

      Cons

      -They preach about equitable pay for learners, but, are unwilling to pay staff a living wage -They are moving quickly with AI and are replacing training jobs with AI. It's a good direction to go in; however, they're moving quickly and cutting jobs before AI has already been implemented. -Very limited career mobility -Some of the worst line managers I've ever worked for.

      Pros

      The colleagues are supportive and the culture practices what they preach. The company cares about your work/life balance and is a psychologically safe environment.

      Cons

      The only con is that there is a lot that needs to be built still as far as processes go. But there is work actively being done on this and they keep an open door to suggestions for improvement.
