Great Benefits and Culture but Need to Keep it that Way

Pros

Lots of PTO (nearly 50 days combined per year), great benefits, and the people really do care about you. Great place to make impact on others lives.

Cons

Leadership may have different vision of what your career trajectory will be (uncertainty of promotions/job changes). Also moving more and more from remote to in-person.

Pros

Very friendly staff, managers have check-ins with you and really care about your growth and how comfortable you are. They are always pressing you to upscale even though its not mandatory they are always pushing you to do better.

Cons

The health benefits have a copay and take a good amount out of your check if you are selecting more than just base health benefits. Other than that it's a great company to work at.
