Innovation and growth Diversity and attempt at developing and maintaining good company culture. Retreats were good and consistent.

Poor management and limited accountability especially at remote sites.

Pros

Great mission for the company at least on paper. Helping to change other's lives can be very rewarding.

Cons

No transparency on questionable new hires and internal promotions. Below average salary for instructors. Highly underqualified people in the management. The leadership team of an IT Education company does NOT have a single person with technical background. Most of the leadership team is just a long time employee. No clear career path. The company does not give equal opportunities to its employees.

It is a real joy helping people change their careers and get into IT. It is fufilling work.

Cons

The disorganization and mismanagement by the leadership teams is rampant. Leadership for the DMV region couldnt care less about the lack of management or poor performance.
