Pros

Your coworkers are nice and supportive

Cons

High turnover, terrible pay. Upper leadership are absolutely horrible. Will claim they care about employees but will work you to the bone and then throw you aside when you’ve given all you can . They hold fake “employee empowerment” sessions to make you THINK they care but they don’t. Toxic culture of blaming others instead of taking accountability for why enrollment numbers are so low. “Management” will lie to staff and then throw them under the bus when things go bad. Overall terrible experience

Pros

Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging are the foundation for the org. Benefits are good. Resources are available. HR team and IT team are great and incredibly fast.

Cons

Pay is very low, expected to teach a curriculum that is usually not always up to date and contains a large amount of errors, 7 hours spent instructing and only 1 one hour left for prepping/ admin tasks on a daily basis, seems to be getting more difficult to achieve pay raises.
