Pros

1. Supportive work-life balance which in turn gives the feeling that as an employee, you matter as a person. You will be supported and appreciated. 2. A work environment that is open and encouraging to change. 3. The work is truly inspiring, no matter the position you hold--you *feel* like you are contributing to the mission and playing a part in changing people's lives whether you are direct services or not.

Cons

Health benefits are really my only complaint. Some antiquated practices, but again as noted in the pros, there is sincere openness to hear your thoughts and make improvements.
