-benefit package -company retreat annually -diversity -large budget for a small staff serving a great mission

Cons

-management site by site is very different -management at my site was terrible leading to miscommunication constantly -small staff likes to over-complicate simple tasks -invasive questions were constant -ageism tends to be a trend at every site

-Good work life balance -Strong mission, people really care about the work and the mission

Cons

-They preach about equitable pay for learners, but, are unwilling to pay staff a living wage -They are moving quickly with AI and are replacing training jobs with AI. It's a good direction to go in; however, they're moving quickly and cutting jobs before AI has already been implemented. -Very limited career mobility -Some of the worst line managers I've ever worked for.
