      Pros

      Lots of growth opportunity. Manager/ Supervisors are very supportive and stands by you. Usually when you are on contract they support the parent company but my case they were very supportive.

      Cons

      Some what long hours, More then 40 hours / week. When their contract ends you will be notify on last stage, You have limited options and back to market for new job.
