Pros

Best of both worlds for medium and large size company. Perspecta Labs (~220 employees at time of writing) functions mostly independently of Perspecta (~14,000 employees) proper. You get to work on hard problems with the resources of a huge company, but you'll also see the CEO and be able to freely talk with management. Perspecta Labs maintains a great work environment and company cultures. They are judicious with new applicants for the ability to work with others. The work culture and the work/life balance are the two most attractive aspects of the company.

Cons

Benefits are fairly minimal. The few things that must go through the larger company tend to be rife with bureaucracy..
