      Pros

      Somewhat relaxed working conditions, depending on your job. A little better than average benefit package. Most of the corporate jobs are work from home.

      Cons

      There does not appear to be an training for managers. No communication, and if it is, they ignore it. Nepotism is the main driver of promotions and bonuses. Most mid level to lower level managers are not held accountable.

      Flexible work schedule, medical ins. coverage options and 401(k) matching.

      Cons

      Management heavy. Policy within a policy, meaning there are things to follow that are not documents. Multiple acquisitions harmonized in a short period of time, no one in management knows how to comply with a policy so error is guaranteed, and then creates a culture of fear.
