Pros

Tons of training opportunities 401k Plan: 100% on the first 4%, plus 50% on the next 2% you contribute for a maximum match of 5% (2yr vesting period) Annual merit-based compensation schedule

Cons

Expensive medical: Plans are backed by Anthem network and are on the high side compared to other employers. Work-Life balance: Can be hectic from time to time as with any government contractor - mangers on corporate side do the best they can but much of this is dependent on the client.

Pros

The people who you work with everyday are great. I really enjoyed working with my co-workers and my direct manager. Great work/life balance

Cons

The company makes promises and breaks them. When I started, they promised us free healthcare only to take it away AND start charging us a few months after starting without warning. They also promised bonuses and salary increases that never came. My only salary increase was 1%. They also underpay and have layoffs.
