Management not engaged with direct reports and have no direction. Not able to retain great employees with high level clearances. I referred 2 excellent engineers that were both hired. Sadly they both lasted less than a year due to lack of direction from their management. Unfortunately I am also on my way out for the same reasons. I applied to several internal job postings over a month ago and it has been radio silence. No effort from management to retain employees.
