Pros

Transition from Northrop Grumman has been bumpy, but is progressing on schedule. Reality will hit 1 Jan 2022 when the full force of Peraton management impacts benefits and perks.

Cons

Major uncertainties about the future. Lots of messages from executive management that don't really say anything, except "trust us."

Pros

Stability, flexible hours, decent benefits

No pay raises, no work-life balance, upper management did not listen to concerns, time-off was not time-off (meaning constant calling when on vacation)
