What do you want to be when you grow up? If it’s someone who supports missions of consequence, solves complex challenges, and works with an incredible team of highly intelligent people—than this company is the dream. From business & career growth, to developing innovative technologies and solutions, to the team camaraderie; there aren’t enough positive things I could say about Peraton. I’ve worked here since before the company had it’s now infamous Peraton identity. It hasn’t always been easy, but it has been a fun, exciting, and wild adventure that I hope to be a part of for many years to come.
Cons
This is a lean organization with an agile management structure, it can be exhausting for those whose hearts aren’t in it for the long-term benefits and results.
