      None at the moment I can honestly think of.

      Cons

      Company is transparent as a brick. Everything was disclosed at the last minute at the expense of its employees. I was employed a one salary and within 3 months was required to take a 45% cut in the salary. The company knew at the time of hiring that this was going to happen but hooked everyone to bring up staffing to customer requirements at the beginning of the contract.

      Demanding job but mission oriented which is fun. You meet a lot of new people and that can help further your career.

      Can be time consuming and there are inconsistencies with the job
