Pros

The only pro of this job is the flexible work schedule.

Cons

Being a background investigator puts you on the bottom of the totem pole. All problems filter their way down to the investigator and constant scrutiny from reviewers. Reports are sent back for minor errors and if even it's sent back incorrectly it still counts against your metrics since they do not have a system in place to correct it. This may be by design since bonuses are paid off of your metrics. Constant deadlines that change based on the needs of the client, high turnover of employees with no real leaders, and everyone are out for themselves who offer little help.

Pros

Work from home (!?) I guess

Cons

Horrible management. No thought on the mental health and physical well-being of employees. No work life balance. A bullsh* job honestly.
