Pros

Flexible work schedule and hours. Primarily work from home. Independent work. Company provides all required/needed equipment and supplies. Opportunity to work to the next level is a clear path.

Cons

Frequent Company acquisitions, changing and often unclear work expectations, Managers/Teams are changed with little warning and somewhat often. When keeping quality in mind, production expectations are unrealistic.

Pros

Helpful coworkers and management. Work life balance is a priority. Allow full time remote working.

Cons

Disorganized due to merge of several companies using different systems. New hire access was difficult. I spent a month and a half getting access to everything I needed in order to do my job. They do not provide anything but a laptop for remote workers so I fund all of my office supplies.
