Pros
Alot depends on role. I've worked on an account so my experience will be different than someone who has worked for Corporate. In my experience, Peraton pretty much leaves you alone after you've onboarded other than completing mandatory online training. HR and Payroll are super friendly and always responsive if you have issues.
Cons
Account manager hardly relays any information. Sets meetings and then cancels them or asks for your availability and never schedules a meeting. Leads to very unclear goal setting for the year.
