      Pros

      Working at Peraton allowed me to grow professionally and intellectually while contributing to a mission that was greater than myself. The leadership communication up and down the chain was exceptional from the CEO down to my direct supervisor. The organization provided incredible benefits and showed that employees well-being was a top priority.

      Cons

      The only downside I experienced while a part of Peraton was my specific role was discontinued when the contract I supported was transferred to another organization. Despite that challenge, Peraton still reaches out to me with employment opportunities and suggestions 10 months after I departed the organization; that is what I call loyalty & professionalism!
