      Work from home, make your own schedule

      Cons

      Not sure if things are better with the new acquisition, but while at perspecta, it was miserable. Where do I start…… inconsistent reviewers, low pay, company expects too much for what they pay their investigators. They need to pay attention to companies like CACI who treat their employees great. Perspecta expects way tooo much for little pay.

      no communication from upper management; acquisition transition has been horrible and there is no evidence of "taking care of their people". Feel unappreciated

      Other than a competitive salary - none

      Cons

      Zero communication, little to no diversity in the executive leadership, only care about their bottom line and not for their employees or business partners. Attrition is extremely high due to job instability and the future for raises, compensation, etc.
