Pros

While the company has taken good care of me over the years and I have received promotions and recognition for my work, dedication and loyalty to the mission - greed has taken over and the company is going to double in size. I am not just a number. While growth is good, I did not expect to now be treated as a number.

Cons

After 15+ years of service, supporting Peraton through various changes, giving it my all, being foolish as it cost ME time that I will never get back from my family... I AM JUST A NUMBER. The Executive Leadership team took programs built by others and gave them to Northrup Grumman leadership. There is a pending sale with another DoD Contractor, Perspecta, and the same thing is happening. If you enjoy seeing peers and good leaders pushed aside, being promoted and then becoming just a number, and working for a company who says they are going to communicate and want to hear from you, but you never hear anything other than change, I have no words. I can't tell you how disappointed I am.
