Business Outlook
Pros
Great support from headquarters. IT department is helpful and supportive on all company devices. Great office location in San Diego. Promotes employees within company before looking outside. Many colleagues have gained better positions after obtaining degrees. Travel and benefits are a plus.
Cons
San Diego is a high cost environment. The management and supervisor teams rely on two members to keep the employees to remain. Retention isn't a high priority neither is professionalism from the leaders. This is due to lack of training when promoting from within.
