      Pros

      An amazing team! Your voice is heard here and they take great care of their employees. Between flexible schedule and the interesting and fulfilling work, the benefits, and opportunities, It's a unique company that has that start up feel with deep roots. Best of both worlds!

      Some processes aren't fully streamlined, but everyone works together to get the task done regardless.

      Pros

      Recently Peraton stood up for the employees - not long ago the NASA site director went in to the Ops room and turned the lights to painful-bright (against all Ops employees wishes who actually work in that room 12 hours a day), told everyone that this is how they will stay and then even said aloud that it was retaliation! Peraton management did what it took to keep their employees happy and got the lights turned back down to a comfortable level.

      Cons

      None at the moment. Future looks hopeful!
