Pros

Mid-Size company with small company feel. Directors and Senior Management can be found chatting and drinking coffee in the kitchenette with staff. As a “newbie” I am not jaded by the transitions and turmoil existing employees endured through multiple company buyouts and sales. The company has very talented people working hard to contribute and grow brand awareness while delivering value to the client. CEO visited site recently was very forthcoming with company health, direction and growing pains. Very passionate about company’s future. Meeting was very inspirational made me want to go out lead company cheerleading session afterwards.

Cons

on boarding of new employees handles the high level stuff very well. But the stuff down in the weeds e.g. how to navigate local site specific requests, needs or processes is not as well thought out.

Pros

Good benefits and exciting projects

Cons

No consideration for work life balance or respect for employees time off. Expect to work 60-80 hours a week, weekends, holidays, through family vacations, etc. Suppliers are consistently not paid on time which is ruining many of our relationships. The marketing team consistently posts fake reviews on Glassdoor to counter real employees negative feedback. Many employees are fleeing while others are being laid off left and right after completing major projects.
