      None. Like literally nothing is good about this company.

      Benefits. Low-balling salary. Laying people off. Horrible upper management. Harris was much better.

      Pros

      My boss is an awesome person to work for and I hope to maintain that connection throughout my career. The work for the job is good most of the time. There are jobs all around the world that are available to transfer to so that's nice.

      Cons

      We are a subcontractor so we could lose our jobs without much notice. The rewards system is the most insulting part of the job thus far. I was put in for an award based on job performance from our customer. My co-workers that didn't work for my company who also received this recommendation from the customer got monetary rewards up to 500 dollars. The Peraton employees got points to spend on a rewards site to buy junk that was worth up to 30 dollars. Insulting. Additionally, the company's benefits were slashed to save money. 401k matching went down, we had unlimited PTO (within reason of course), and unlimited sick days. They are both combined down to 15 days total combined for the two. I miss being Harris.

      Strong, solid, experienced, & skilled management team. Making it happen the right way for everyone involved. Human beings vs. just numbers.

      Still working out the kinks, as with any new company.
