      This company did not give me a chance to list and PROS

      Cons

      I was originally hired in July for a newly won contract, given an offer letter and passed all background/drug screenings. For 3 months I was not hearing of a date to be onboarded just to get an email that funding has been pulled for my REQ and I was just told to apply for a different job. Unacceptable.

      - This is one of the worst companies I have worked at. - Terrible insurance. - Very toxic, incompetent management. - One of the worst working environments I have been in. - Terrible salary. - Bad HR department.

      They provide a paycheck and health insurance.

      Cons

      They apparently reserve the right to raise health insurance premiums when ever they want. They decided to not cover dependants anymore for certain employees so premiums jumped from ~$200 per paycheck to ~1200 and are not allowing us to opt out since open enrollment is over. 401K match is only up to 6% It's the end of March and they have still not sent an accurate W2. Local management doesn't promote people based on merritt, only based on who they like. If you have issues (HR, payroll, etc) the only option to get it resolved is submit a ticket, there is no longer a person that you can call.
