Pros

Great people terrible company at the top.

Cons

Senior management is an absolute joke. Gave no answers during meeting. We worked blind while HQ couldnt look for work or contracts. Went months with no work. Laid off all POC first round of layoffs.

Pros

- T5 Security Clearance - Cool Badge - Talk to a wide variety of people especially if you work close to a military base

Cons

- Poor pay for the workload - Training is universally panned with no changes coming soon. Not nearly enough for the work and they throw you in pretty quick - You have to deal with people who just don't fill out paperwork correctly and you suffer for it - Prepare to rewrite the same report again and again and again and again for every little discrepancy because the Subject just doesn't do the work on their end thus adding all the extra headache to you

Pros

Good pay. Nice office. Very smart colleagues. It could be a great experience if you are in the right team.

Cons

Some teams suffer from toxic leadership—I was stuck in one and left after a year. On my team, the PI belittled others’ efforts, dismissed opinions and ideas, and led with suspicion and distrust, creating an environment of extreme pressure and blame. This stifled collaboration, discouraged innovation, and resulted in poor project outcomes. When he learned I was exploring other opportunities, he began denying me work as a form of retribution. Despite his behavior being widely known, the company offered no support.
