      Pay rate decent for local cost-of-living

      Cons

      Understaffed, endless overtime, management either doesn't want to hire people or having lots of trouble finding candidates. Management has some issue with the union members or union itself and punishing everyone for it. Lots of pay issues since Peraton took over including timecard entry issues that could have easily been sussed out during the transition process. Very little room to move up from lower positions.

      Everything, from Micromanagement to Sr. Management that does nothing but hire friends! And then forgets about the folks that were there before they hired all their friends.
