Pros

Great director and leadership locally in Blacksburg. The work is interesting and valuable to the world. Training and resources for technical skills is phenomenal.

Cons

Working with government contracts introduces additional project management layers that easily lead to confusion and lack of visibility, causing workflow interruptions in the software development cycle. The processes in place intended to facilitate the flow often end up inhibiting it instead.

Pros

- New Name and Branding significantly better than the former, "Harris". - Transition to new brand, networks, and leadership fairly seamless. - Leadership communicates with lower-level developers frequently to ensure we have the resources and support we need to succeed. - Located everywhere, with secure jobs for many Gov't Programs. - Leave and Sick-Time are combined. - Depending on program, a mature Remote Access Policy is Available. - HR is excellent and responsive.

Cons

- Large Ships are often hard to move easily. - Leave and Sick-Time are combined.
