      Pros

      diverse engineering opportunities benefits mostly paid by company decent vacation/PTO

      Cons

      The titles/levels at this company are a mess. There are people at the same engineering level with the same title that are at completely different levels of skill and productivity. You can never get this completely right but Peraton appears to have abandoned any attempt to balance it.
