Pros

You get to work from home. Coworkers and customers are generally wonderful.

Cons

If you are a supervisor, they will form/paperwork you to death. There is no care for the time management needs of the supervisors. Supervisors are treated as the least appreciated position in the company. if you want to feel valued by this company, be an agent. Do not be a supervisor.
