The coworkers are really cool people.

Cons

Bad management, bad communication, training did not prepare for production. Not getting paid enough considering all that’s being done.

Pay, Picking your schedule, great work environment, easy access to assistance or advice if needed, working from home, great benefits, loved working with everyone, up to date information communicated as quickly as possible, lots of room for advancement and job opportunities

Cons

not many job sites available in other states, would have liked to stay working for company if could have been able to move around and continue to work from home
