Pros

The work culture at Perceptive is truly refreshing. There is a strong emphasis on collaboration over competition, and leadership genuinely listens to feedback from all levels. The projects are intellectually stimulating, and you feel like your contributions actually impact the company's direction. Additionally, the work-life balance is respected, and the benefits package is very competitive for the industry.

Cons

As with any growing company, internal processes can sometimes change quickly. This requires you to be adaptable, but the team is always there to help you navigate those shifts.
