Overhired and Underperformed

Pros

- Had great staff members to serve as managers and mentors, at least until they started firing them.

Cons

- Laid a huge contingent of the company off over the past two years, including high performers and senior employees. - Not only did they overhire, but they overfired judging by the fact that they later attempted to rehire some of the laid-off staff. - Never trust companies who serve at the mercy of private equity companies, you are one boardroom decision away from being cut along with most of your colleagues no matter how well you perform. - Product is antique by modern IRT/RTSM standards. Without a major revamp, they will continue to lose ground to more forward-thinking competitors.
