Pros

Some great, helpful colleagues, who really care about their work. Get to work on interesting projects with people who have a lot of expertise and enthusiasm. Can WFH. There is a move to improve technology platforms. A positive work environment, but this probably depends on the team. Recently improved communication and engagement from upper management. Easily accessible learning platform. There is a platform for appreciating your colleagues, and there are rewards for submitting good ideas Good in work benefits, but employees pay tax on these whether they use them or not, so they can effectively represent a pay cut.

Cons

A feeling of insecurity due to a lot of of lay-offs in the recent past, and constant restructuring, Pay is relatively low, as are pay rises. Career progression can be very slow and frustrating, despite constantly being told otherwise at the Town Hall meetings with management. If needed, expected to work a lot of extra hours with no compensation. This is an issue if your wage is already on the low side.

Pros

Good co-workers and team members Learning opportunities available Easy to transfer between departments

Cons

Career advancement is limited Promotions appear to be based on personal relationships rather than performance Required overtime without additional compensation Limited communication between departments Extreme favoritism,Very clicky environment,People who play politics get promoted: Upper management decisions do not appear to prioritize employee concerns, Management doesn't care about you, they only care about number and their career development HR processes do not adequately address employee feedback Compensation significantly below market rates No salary increases for extended periods Summary: Keep Laying off good employees while hiring contractors. Random layoffs, Every 6 months there's layoffs, if you care about the long term development, DO NOT join into this company.
